1lbChicken BreastBoneless and skinless
2ozFat Free Cream Cheese
1packetSpaghetti Seasoning mix
1 14.5 ozTomato sauce
2tbspdry basilseparated
2tbspgarlic powderseparated
1CCottage CheeseFat-free or low fat
3tortillasOle Wellness Wraps
Instructions
To begin :In the crockpot:1 lb of chicken breasts.2 oz Fat free Cream Cheese1 packet Spaghetti Seasoning MIx (I used McCormicks)1 14.5 can tomato sauce1 Tbsp dry basil1 Tbsp Garlic PowderSalt and pepper You will also need 3 Ole wellness wraps1 C Fat free Cottage Cheese 1 tsp dry basil1 tsp garlic powder Cook on low for 2-3 hours on high OR on low for 4 hours.Remove chicken and shred. Put back in crock pot for 1 hour. Turn off.In a bowl mix 1 C fat free Cottage cheese, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp of basil and garlic powder together. In a 9X9 casserole dish -- spray with olive oil then layer 1 wrap, chicken mixture and then a layer of the cottage cheese. Repeat the layering ending with the last wrap. Cover with foil and bake in a 375 Oven for 30-35 minutes. Let sit for about 15 minutes and serve.
