Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning of your choice
  • 2 TBSP Minced garlic
  • 1 capful apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 C water
  • 2 C Chopped tri colored peppers

Instructions

  • Place tenderloin in a freezer bag and put in all ingredients along with it. Thoroughly coat. If you can, marinade overnight. If not put all ingredients in your pressure cooker and set to 20 minutes. To finish I did a slow release.
    Opt: Serve with Jasmine rice or shred for tacos
