Ingredients
1lbsPork Tenderloin
1packetChili Seasoning of your choice
2 TBSPMinced garlic
1capfulapple cider vinegar
1tspsalt and pepper
1/2Cwater
2CChopped tri colored peppers
Instructions
Place tenderloin in a freezer bag and put in all ingredients along with it. Thoroughly coat. If you can, marinade overnight. If not put all ingredients in your pressure cooker and set to 20 minutes. To finish I did a slow release. Opt: Serve with Jasmine rice or shred for tacos
