Peach Pancake Bread

This is a cross between a sponge-like pancake and a delicious bread

Ingredients

  • 1 C Birch Benders Paleo Pancake & waffle mix

  • 1/2 C Self-rising Flour
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 4 tsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar replacement This is in my storefront
  • 1 tsp Orange Extract
  • 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract This is in my storefront
  • ¾ C Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 C Frozen unsweetened Peaches

Instructions

  • Begin by mixing all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add in wet ingredients -- but not the peaches. Layer the peaches on top once all ingredients have been mixed. Do not over mix.
    In a greased 8X8 casserole dish, bake uncovered at 350 for about 25 minutes. Let cool and serve. This can be store in or out of the refrigerator. You can also make a large batch, cut and freeze!
