Pistachio Cannoli creme in a jar

This recipe offers the best part of the cannoli in a mason jar!

Equipment

  • Glass Mason jar (linked in blog)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Part Skim Ricotta
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 packets stevia Or any sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp Sugar free pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk If needed to thin out

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together in a cute mason jar and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or eat right away! Top with anything you like or nothing at all.
    Almond creme with cacao nibs

Notes

Add points for any toppings. I like to add 0 point amounts of toppings. 
Recipe for the Almond Creme
Same as above on the Ricotta and the Stevia
Add 1/2 tsp Almond extract
Top with a little Whip Cream and ground pistachios
Recipe for Mocha Creme
Same as above on the Ricotta and the Stevia
Add 1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa
2 tbsps brewed dark roast coffee cooled to room temp or chilled
Top with Whip Cream and Cacao Nibs
