Ingredients
3CupsDry Quick Oats
1CupNuts n More Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Or any variation you like
1/2 CupLakanto Golden Or any granulate sugar substitute
1/4 CupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 CupLilys Chocolate Chips
1/4CupSlivered almonds
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients togther in a bowl. I used a 2 tbsp ice cream scoop fpor each energy ball. Place in mini muffin tin and then in the freexer for about 15-30 minutes and serve.
