Vanilla and Almond Crunch Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Greek Non Fat Yogurt Split in half
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
  • 4 tbsp Grape Nuts Cereal
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 small Banana Sliced
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • You will need 2 small bowls for mixing and eating! 
    Recipe:
    1/2 C Nonfat Greek Yogurt split in 1/4 cups
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    4 tbsp Grape nuts Cereal split in 1/2 for layering
    1 tbsp raisins
    a dash of cinnamon 
    1 small sliced banana
    Flavor the yogurts separately by mixing in the extracts in 1/4 cups.
    Layer almond yogurt, cereal, bananas and repeat layering with the vanilla flavored yogurt.  Top with raisins and cinnamon and serve cold.
