Ingredients
1lbsLean ground beef
3 tbspGourmet Burger Seasoning I used Weber Grill Seasonings
3tbspSugar Free BBQ sauce or ketchupI used D Hughes
2tbspgarlic powder
1tbsponion powder
Instructions
Combine ingredients together in a bowl. Do not over mix or you will have tough burgers. I like to weight them out before cooking if possible so you know how many point s to count in your bowl. 2 slider (or 4 oz) is one serving. Grill your burgers until cooked how you like them. I go with a medium where there is a tiny bit of pink. It takes about 20-25 minutes on the indoor grill set on 400.
