Stuffed Tomato with eggs

Flatten your belly with this breakfast!

Mediterranean Stuffed tomato

OK, I know what you’re thinking.  This looks delicious but how is it going to help me reduce this tire around my belly?  I will explain!  Outside of this dish being delicious, beautiful and zero points on most WW (Weight Watchers plans) these are the reasons it will aid in your quest to lose the belly fat!

Stuffed Tomato with eggs

#1 Naturally low in calories

This dish hits all the favor notes and it has just the right amount of healthy fat to keep hunger at bay plus you get some delicious low carb veggies in at the same time.

Core out your tomato

#2 Loaded with Monounsaturated Fatty Acids

Diets high in monounsaturated fatty acids may reduce the risk of central obesity.  Doctors readily recommend foods that are on the MEditerranean Diet with lots of “healthy fats.”   What does that mean? Bye-Bye belly fat!

#3 Whole Single Ingredient Foods

With this belly busting recipe, we use hearty, flavorful single ingredient whole foods that are clean and satisfying.  None of those no name ingredients that we can’t recognize or pronounce that cause swelling and inflammation!

I love serving this Stuffed Tomato with a side salad of Arugula and drizzling with a little Olive Oil and  lime juice. It is on my Weight Watchers menu often for a reason!  Filling, fancy and fun to make!
